For the Aires New Moon and Solar Eclipse Creative Workshop we will dive into mediative collage to create a sanctuary space. Spending time in nature offers a supportive and harmonizing energy for centering and relaxation. It may feel like a sanctuary and a place to reset. Through meditation and visualization, we can cultivate this place as an inner sanctuary.

In this month’s workshop we deepen our connection to this place of sanctuary through a meditative practice followed by a collage activity lead by Niamh Miller. You will leave with a personal piece of art which is imbued with all the qualities of rest and wellbeing.

This is an online workshop. You will need a piece of card or paper, magazine or papers for collaging, scissors and glue, pencil. Join from a comfortable space. Bring journaling materials.

This is our 4th creative workshop within the New Moon Project Series in which we attune and work with the energies of each lunar phase across the year.
