Women's Transformation Path Workshop - Becoming the Whisperer

Becoming the Whisperer brings into focus the ways in which we soothe and support ourselves through life’s twists and turns.

There will be times in which we feel stressed and overwhelmed. This is a normal part of our human experience. Yet, in these moments, in what ways can we support ourselves?

In a sense we must learn how to become the whisperer for ourselves in these moments. Just as a horse whisperer gently reassures and calms the horse, we must become this for ourselves.

It involves presence, subtle listening, holding space, compassion and practices to dissipate heightened energies.

Join this women’s circle workshop to explore how to support yourself through self-soothing and compassion practices. You will learn some helpful movement, breath and meditation practices, experience a heart centered meditation, and have opportunity to participate in a sharing circle.
