Every 8 years, the planet Venus draws a 5 pointed star around the Sun, as seen from Earth. This pattern, sometimes called the Venus Rose, has been known about and celebrated since ancient times. Venus, represents the feminine energies and is associated with qualities of love, our values, beauty, harmony, and can be considered spirit in manifestation.

On Sunday 13th August, Venus begins to draw a new petal. This is know as the inferior conjunction with the Sun, when she is closest to the Earth. She will complete this petal in around 19 months. This period is a wonderful time to set intentions and appreciate the beauty, harmony and creativity we wish to express in our lives.
