This Reiki 1 Certification is the introductory training which will enable you to use Reiki for your self and to support your family, pets and cleanse your home environment.

This is a hybrid training, with an opportunity for students in the LA area to attend in person.

How can this Reiki 1 Certification help me?

  • Reiki 1 can support you to maintain health and wellbeing, and promote recovery from illness and injury.

  • Reiki 1 promotes relaxation and offers support to reduce stress and symptoms of stress.

  • Reiki 1 can support you to find ease during moments of emotional tension.

  • Reiki 1 enables you to use this practice to offer healing support to your family, pets, your home environment and plants.

  • Reiki 1 introduces you to the energetic systems of the body, and the energetic nature of reality.

  • Reiki 1 supports you to read and balance energies using your hands, pendulum’s, crystals and sound

  • Reiki 1 Certification is required in order to move onto Reiki 2 Training which enables you to set up your own healing practice.

Training Details

  • This is a hybrid training with an in-person and online component. For students unable to travel to LA, the course can be accessed online over Zoom.

  • We meet for 2 classes on 21st April 2024 (9.30am -4pm Pacific) and 11th May 2024 (9am - 12pm Pacific).

  • The first class incorporates an introduction to Reiki, background, uses, the lineages of Usui and Integrative Shakti Reiki in addition to meditations and experiential practice. You receive an attunement in which you are initiated into the lineage of these teachings. You receive a manual and learning materials in PDF format.

  • You are required to undertake a home study practice between the classes in which you deepen your self-healing practice for 21 days and journal about your experiences.

  • You receive your Certificate in Integrative-Shakti Reiki on completion.

  • Communications between classes are welcomed via email as a resource and support for your learning.

  • The second Zoom class offers and opportunity to share experiences in the group and for Q & A.

My Personal Experience

I am a Certified Integrative Shakti Reiki Master and Instructor and have been practicing since 2018.

Reiki has become a way of life! It is a practice I connect to from the moment I wake up for balancing and self-healing and use to support family, friends and pets at times of stress, injury or illness. I offer Reiki to my food and water and I use it to balance and clear energies my home and car. I even use Reiki when traveling and use it before taking my seat on a plane.

Reiki refers to the practice of connecting to universal life energy for promoting balance and integration. This universal life energy is within and around each of us, and in everything. Therefore, it is a practice which is always present in a supportive capacity, and is deeply empowering.

Reiki 1 Certification provides a wonderful framework within which to cultivate your ability to sense and clear energies and support your intuition, and through this practice to bring more awareness and discernment into how you manage daily life energetically.

I believe this training is a positively empowering and a helpful practice for all of us. It may be particularly supportive if you feel sensitive to the energies of others, if you work in the health or mental health fields, or are dealing with people regularly in your work.
